Congrats to all the Chicago Blackhawk fans on the board.
They went thru some tough teams - a very underrated Predators team, the Wild and a strong Anaheim team.
23 post season games in all to win the Cup. That quite an endurance run.
As a 45 year fan, it really has been a joy to watch. Coach Q does not get the credit he deserves.
Loved the picture of Versteeg's 2 week old baby sitting in the top portion of the Cup. It was a late night watching all the post game celebrations but worth every minute of it. I only wish I was there.
Only sad thing is knowing Mikita's situation and not being aware of this latest Blackhawk success.
Interesting how the Hawks and Pens were able to use the high draft picks they received for being terrible to develop into some cup finals appearances and wins, yet the Oilers have had top or near top picks for years and they remain terrible.
