Does PCGS Certify Proof Isabells Quarters

I know there are no mint surviving records that prove these coins were struck as proofs but I like their look. I don't own one but am thinking about it.
They show up at auctions frequently, I know ATS certifies them, does our host? What are your thoughts on these coins.

No, PCGS doesn't certify Isabella proofs at this point.

Unlike the 1892 Columbian half proofs that show definitive die markers, the Isabella quarters don't have anything that identifies them as proof except their "look." Since it's almost impossible to tell a proof from a prooflike, PCGS doesn't risk their authenticity guarantee by certifying Isabella proofs.

They won't certify one now. Hence the comment "at this point."
