Baseball Fun Packs West Corp Dist

Just recently came across these and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about them. Are these the Cello version of the "Christmas" Rack Packs?

I think these were made by Don West's brother Dick West in his basement.

"This is a 1975 Topps Baseball Cello Fun Pack (10 cards) by West Corp. This is not a Topps issue. West Corp. repacked and intended this for distribution in Lower Western Michigan for independent retail outlets, such as dime stores. Cards appear to be EX/MT or BETTER. Possible Brett, Yount, Rice, Carter rookies, Rose, Aaron, Winfield and more. This pack has Nolan Ryan showing on top, and John Baker on the back. Combined shipping is $1 for each additional pack won."

The wear on the header card is a nice touch..
