Charrigan has a personal vendetta because of the ball point pen vs sharpie thread. Silly, I know. I also really appreciate his immature response of name calling to my sincere post that was not meant in any way as trolling.

    Yep. image

Thanks for the well wishes. I guess now that I know he hasn't got over that, I will just ignore him. The board is big enough for all of us.
  • 1. I don't care in any way about SOS, much less have the time or energy for a vendetta.

    2. This Board's tolerance of obvious trolls/alts is, at times, quite off-putting. Where's the ban hammer when you need it? All in due time, I suppose.

Ok, I need to address this since YOU want to keep it up.

    1. If you don't care about me, why keep the grudge and continue to lie about me?

    2. I am not a troll or alt. What is with the paranoia by some on here towards new members? It's crazy to make such false assumptions and basically call new members liars for no reason other than the fact that they are new. That hateful conduct sure doesn't help the forum grow either, now does it?

I am just like anyone else who signed up here that wants to talk about this hobby because I do submit my cards to PSA for grading. I guess when you have been here a while you forget that you were once new as well? Did people call you an alt back then when you first started out? If they did, was that fair? If they didn't, how would you have felt if they did? Personally, I will tell you it's irritating.

    3. We all have differing opinions, and we're not always going to see eye to eye. As adults I hope we can look past those differences and still get along on the forum.

    4. I haven't called you any names, while you continue to blast me and won't let one silly thread go. Now, who is really trying to cause trouble here?

    5. I will call it a truce with you right now so we can put this to bed. Will you please do the same? I hope so, because I really don't want this to continue in to the future.

This is really getting ridiculous. It seems like one out of every two USPS packages I send/receive lately sits in an origin facility for a week. Very rarely do I ever get a package in 3 days anymore. Don't know what's changed at USPS in the last year, but it ain't working.

Wow! Looks more like a flat rate envelope than a flat rate box. At least they got the "flat" part right image

  • Processing exception means it was misrouted, but that USPS realized it and is rerouting it to the correct PO.

Well, I've got to give USPS some credit for resolving this one. I recently had a package that showed delivered 9/25, but was not in my mailbox. With a community mailbox, mail sometimes gets delivered to the wrong box, but the neighbor who got it usually brings it over. After a few days and no neighbor bringing the package over, I opened a missing package case on the USPS website 9/29. I got notice from the postmaster this morning that the package had been located and will be in my box today! I was expecting to have to eat the loss since eBay would have sided with the seller since it showed delivered. Thankfully, it wasn't an expensive purchase, but was a Larkin card I've spent years trying to track down.
