Could anyone help in instructing me on the how to of PM..............any help would be appreciated.

Assume you mean "PM" as in "Private Message", not precious metals.

If the one at the top of the page is blinking red, you have new message(s). Click it to read them.

If you want to send a PM to somebody, click on the padlock icon at the top right of each of their posts.

You'll need that to sell those coins you have on BST. 90-95% of coin deals here go down via Private Message.
