Maundy Coinage

HI! Anyone know why we often see 1902 Maundy Coinage in 1903 cases?

Thanks!

Did the 1902 Proof set contain a Maundy Set? Maybe there aren't many '02 Maundy cases around.

Only one I have is a 1902, in a 1902 case. My wife owns a 1901 set that is on a bracelet attachment.

Year of case immaterial as these many times were supplied by Spink, etc. and so not an error or rare as boxes and coins can be switched around or mismatched.
Yes, there are two types of Maundy for 1902 - regular and matte that were part of the set.
