Seller has been doing this for about a month, getting hefty prices. I've noticed them and have not once thought that the end coins looked artificially toned. In fact, I have thought just the opposite. I will not pay those prices for a roll of Morgans, but apparently there are many out there that will. I guess this is how coin collectors gamble.
I noticed those rolls, too, recently. End roll coins have looked completely NT to my eyes. (Why doesn't he post the other end of the roll in the listing?) End roll coins can actually tone in that pattern like that over the course of many years/decades. There is a chance it could be for real, but not enough to make me want to bid on the auctions. . .
I have existed since the creation of this world and will exist until its end. Only my form will change. For these 80 human life years, I have the benefit of having a functioning body and consciousness. I will not waste this opportunity.

Usually the ATer's sell them individually, but this guy has combined AT with planted end roll concept that works so well on eBay.
At the price the nice people on eBay are bidding it up to, this is an idea that will spread on the bay.
With that story he gives, if it was not true, and that dollar amount, it would fall under fraud laws. Add the many private auctions to the mix.
Maybe it is true, who knows?
