Help identifying a buy back

Hello All. Im hoping you can help me identify the following card. I've only ever seen one other, and that was of Kordell Stewart.
It started life as a 1998 Playoff Contenders Leather #78 Junior Seau. It has since been stamped "Playoff Experience" on the back and autographed on the front.
I'm hoping to find out where it came from. Seems like a buy back, but then inserted into what newer set packs, etc?

I checked beckett website and see no autographed versions of that card in their database.

This isn't the exact answer, but seems to have some clues in the thread about the card. I think the one being discussed was a '99 but a lot of similarities in markings and the same player. Hope this helps you in the hunt:
