If this is the wrong section let me know. I am not selling, advertising, directing, etc. and want nothing but to provide these well loved cards a new place to dwell.
Guess the total # of cards in the photo attached. They all have writing and/or paper loss, creases and bends, mostly football, various years.
Closest to the actual # of cards will receive the lot shipped anywhere in the United States free of charge.
No edits.
I will announce the results by 9am EST 06/09/2015.

Great idea.
<< <i>Cool gesture. This is the perfect place to post. No guesses--I'll let them go to a better home. >>

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Largentcollector had the closest guess. A total of 49 cards are in the stack.
Largentcollector PM me your address and I will mail these out later today...they may even be paired with a rubberband around them.
I'd like to thank DR K for the cards I have a beater box with old cards just waiting for these. Where did you find them? They look well loved like a childhood collection?
Thanks

If only I had thought about fractions of cards, that would have made things a bit more interesting.
