Are there any regulations or rules about tattoos on pitchers arms? Like could he have a baseball tattooed on this throwing arm?

    In MLB, if a tattoo is deemed to be distracting, then the pitcher has to cover it up.

    Aside from some tattoos maybe being distractive Im not sure how the heck some of these ropes and neck bead things are not distractive to some of these guys, Bucholz has some crazy neck jewelry going on which looks ridiculas if ya ask me.
