Kudos to Steiner Sports customer service

I posted a few months ago a jersey I got signed in the February Jeter private signing. I had a second one I had sent at the same time and when it came back it was difficult to see the signature unless there was a light shining on it. I emailed Brendan at Steiner Sports and sent him a couple of pictures not expecting anything except a "sorry about that". He emailed me right back and said that they would take care of it. He offered for me to either send back the jersey and they would pay for another jersey and have it signed in the next signing or I could keep that jersey and send another one to them and they would have it signed in the May signing. I decided to buy one and picked a 1996 World Series jersey as it was the first World Series where I ever attended a game. Got the jersey back today and couldn't be happier. Here's pics of both:

I need to talk to Brendan. I sent a card for the February signing as well for Jeter and so far, no response and no card.

I may be a Sox fan, but I like a few Yanks. Jeter, Munson, O'Neill and I have a recent/new appreciation of the Mick.
