Cool Old Pennants- Looking for year and value

Hey fellas. Friend of mine just got these pennants from his mother-in-law for his birthday. They look like they could be 30's or 40's era. Any experts out there on year and value? Never got a gift like that from my mother in law BTW. Have a good day guys. Doug

I can't help with value or years but seeing old pennants reminds me of the ones I had back in the 60's. I had about 20
or so of college football teams. They hung on my wall for years but eventually they wound up in the trash.
