1988 Score Sample #72 Barry Larkin (front border is green instead of the typical purple) - Beckett has it listed as a $20 card, I'll pay a good bit over that depending on condition
1969 Eskimo Pie Dale Livingston / Gino Cappelletti
I'll pay a strong price for this card, in almost any condition, as well as a finder's fee.

I know Giordanos overnights domestically for those of us with cravings, but not sure about international. Might check their website
BlueJay: You're thinking of the episode Adam's Ribs. I love that episode and I love MASH. Funny you should bring that up. That place, Adams Ribs, was also in Chicago (ironically where I'm from), if you didn't know. Thought Im not sure if it was a real restaurant.
