how to upload pictures inline

how do i add pictures inline?
like say, right here...
I can't figure out how. the attachments, only allow such small files. Plus I cant get them to display anyways.

    Put the pictures URL between the IMG codes or click on the green picture in the message bar.

    You can't add pictures inline, even thought this site gives you the option. Sadly, it doesn't work. You'll need to get an image hosing account like Photobucket and link the images. There is a separate thread about linking photos from Photobucket that I and others contributed, should answer all your questions. PM me if you need help.

    They should make a sticky folder addressing this issue. This comes up far too often.

    Inline just means to add the image within the body of text. And technically the Photobucket method does result in an inline photo, but it seemed to me from the context of his original message that he was using the "Attachments:" to attach an image to the thread which doesn't work.
