card otherwise mint but has surface wrinkle

If a vintage card has four sharp cornerers, perfect centering, basically mint, but has a light surface wrinkle that is undectable except on close inspection (wouldnt call it a crease because doesnt appear to go through the card), anyone know what the highest grade the card would likely receive from PSA?

    PSA 5

I remember getting a few 5's when I first started grading cards and was like how on earth did this card get a 5. Indeed a minute wrinkle could be found after like 20 minutes under a light.

PSA 5, yep thats what i was thinking. Darn.
eye appeal of a 9, but valued like a 5........
unless I get the grader on that Fleer football pointed out by Largentcollector....maybe wrinkles on the back of cards dont count.
or maybe the wrinkle appeared after it was slabbed. I thought i read about some process of removing a wrinkle only it could come back...

on the bright side....if it looks really sharp, maybe PWCC certify it as "high end" LOL
