Congratulations to Jason Kipnis on doing in May what has only been done by a few players in history, 50+ hits and 30+ runs. There were those who thought he was a fluke after his 2013 All-Star season was followed up with a very disappointing 2014 performance, but he played hurt for most of the year. I think it was a quad pull that slowed him and got him onto the DL, then he struggled the rest of the year. What was missing the most was his power to the opposite field and the ability ti drive the ball.................anywhere. That's back again. He had a sharp liner to the left-center alley last night that proves that.

On top of everything else, Kip comes across as a genuine good guy, clean and happy to use his gifts.

Kip had a monster month! He is playing like most in Cleveland have been waiting for. Good to see.
