Shouldn't there be a qualifier on this card?

If you look at the back of this card, there is heavy smudging of the ink. Looks like it left the factory that way. Anyway, shouldn't there be a qualifier for the card, like SM (for smudge)?

They owe it a "PD" at a minimum. If it were me, I just wouldn't turn the card over.

yes, clearly a PD in the listing. there is no "dead centered or high end" in the title.

Can't you request no qualifiers and have such defects accounted for in the final numerical grade? Maybe that's what happened here.

It may have been a 7 but maybe they asked for no qualifiers

They likely requested no qualifiers.

Though sometimes PSA cannot honor that request (when the qualifier is exceptionally bad.

Being on the back of the card, they probably let it go.

Shouldn't there be a qualifier on this card?
