to sign their submission form? I think I just did and now wondering if that's going to be a problem?

Pretty sure they will have sign and scan a copy.

I have. They will write you an email, asking you to reply that you agree with the terms and conditions. Once you do, you're all set. The whole thing delays it a few days. Calling on Monday might speed things up.
