Michael Jordan Collector's Tin w/ Engraved Metal Cards

I've had two separate people tell me about something like this. One won it by sending in a Gatorade cap back in the day and the other won it shooting free throws at a basketball game during half-time. Does anyone know the proper name for this set and if it has any value?
