Possible eBay scam

This auction shows an 1866-s $20 in PCGS AU55, OGH. Probably about a $9000 coin. The seller has no prior feedbacks for coin sales. While I am not sure this one is a scammer, his user name, listing habits, and location in Maryland are strangely reminiscent of a Maryland scammer who ripped off numerous bidders back in 2001-2002 for over $10,000 total. That individual almost burned me for $750 on a large cent (but I did not pay). When a bunch of us contacted the Maryland authorities back in 2002, they refused to press charges against this guy, appallingly.
If it is the same individual, his m.o. is that he builds up a long list of feedbacks on cheap items, then suddenly lists some expensive coins for sale with stolen photos, none of which he owns. After collecting the money, he skips town and delivers nothing. I'll be watching this auction to see how it turns out, but I doubt the winning bidder will be getting anything.

I've asked eBay to look at the listing as a possible hijacked account. The red flags are all fluttering.

It's an allowed revision. You can't remove a picture, but you can keep adding until you hit the picture limit (12, I think).
