Buying off BBCE

Been forever since I have attempted to purchase something directly from the BBCE website. The site was way outdated 4 years ago when I last made a purchase and still is horribly outdated. 
Anyway paid with a credit card and received an invoice and the site says awaiting payment. Do they have to manually run the payment or did something not go through if you had to guess? Website doesn't tell me anything when I reattempted to do the CC payment.
