Could/Should They Do Better?

Yes this another griping thread in regards to PSA. Have an order that's been at PSA for 2+ weeks, one for a week and one on the way. No loggage as of today. Can or even should PSA do better? I think this is the longest I have ever waited to see an order logged. It's not getting better it is getting worse. I can understand getting backed up in the grading process as there are just so many graders but why can't they do better with logging orders? At least the clock starts when an order is logged. Why can't they hire some people to at least log orders to make us feel better LOL!!

    You could call customer service to check on the status. I find their customer service to be friendly and helpful.

    Mine took over two weeks to log. Was a 50 day service so I didn't put the service level on the box. When I emailed them they said that added to the delay. I just thought you put the service level on the box if it was a faster service level.
