    For those eligible for ebay bucks, to receive bonus promotions:

    In MY EBAY click on the ACCOUNT tab.
    On left side of page click on COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES.
    At bottom of page under PROMOTIONS AND SURVEYS click on SHOW.
    Place a check mark in the second box, GENERAL EMAIL PROMOTIONS.
    Click on SAVE at bottom of page.

    For those not eligible for ebay bucks one must first "opt in." To do so do an ebay "help" search for ebay bucks.

    Many of the ebay messages offering bonus ebay bucks will have an ACTIVATE button in the message.
