1992/1993 Topps Magnets?

Did Topps create a test run of mini magnets in 1992? There's a seller on eBay with a couple, but I've never seen or heard of this test issue.

    I don't think the magnet is a Topps issue. Those look like someone cut an adhesive magnet and attached the Micro cards.

    I generally agree, but I also know there are lots of oddball items out there I've never heard of. I did email the seller to ask if he has any documentation. I'll post any response here.

    Looking further, there's no way those are Topps issued. The magnet and card are obviously cut separately, with the magnet being too large and the adhesive gathering lint. Even as a test, Topps would have better quality than that and I would expect the magnet/card to be cut at the same time and not vary in size.

    The 95s look legit and the seller has documentation pictured with those.
