I am still working on a Hartland '60s set but I saw these at Hunts and threw in a 200 buck bid on the 2 and picked them up.
Mike Schmidt and Ted Williams:
They're in pretty nice shape - the sigs are like an 8+ - a bit toned. Overall, nice for the money.
They were the creation of Robert Gartlan. He launched them in 1985 and were a bit hit. They stopped producing the sports pieces in the mid-1990s. I remember when they came out and thought they were very pricey at the time.
These will go nicely with my Hartlands.
Please, if you like, share your statues.
