New P's GTG 1901 Canada 25C and Vicky

Here are two pieces I got just over 100$.

Im thinking the 1860 is solid AU with a chance low MS 60-61 is im having a good day

The 1901 Im not sure anything about canada (but hey its a vicky) im thinking VF-XF?

Any opinions would be apperciated

The 1860 has an odd tone to me. It may have been cleaned a long time ago. Looks XF to me.

The 1901 25c is VF+, not enough detail in the jewels on the obv crown for XF (the 2 Maltese crosses should look like an X with a center dot). VF = $70CAD or $56USD.

    Nice finds..
Agree with Gene on the Quarter.. ICCS VF30
the other... well I believe XF.. Because the hair around the top of the forehead and the rest of the hair strands are too much worn....
may just be a weak strike?

The penny has a bit of wear on the high points; still would go EF40/45 and the Vicky VF25 IMO.

    45 shot 50 on the 1860

    25 possible 30 on the 1901 quarter.

I just got the 1860 in hand I cannot see any hair problems what so ever. theres a red mark on the cheek and eye but none appears to be wear or damage as im using a loupe.

Even the brow on Vick will be an issue for the TPGs in my opinion.
