    Yes, no need for it if you have Collectibles insurance... just follow their mailing guidelines in your policy (signature will be required for that amount) and make sure you have documentation of what you are actually sending. Purchases are much easier since there's usually a transaction with an invoice or receipt... so that would be my biggest thing, making sure you have plenty of "proof" of what you're sending.
