Fresh from Estate -1880-CC $1 in GSA Holder with box & card. SOLD

Hi All:

I purchased some coins from an estate yesterday, including this 1880-CC $1 in a GSA holder. This coin has been off the market since it was purchased from the GSA in the 1970's. Sorry for the crappy photos.

I grade the coin MS63. I suppose it is possible that NGC or PCGS would see this as an MS64, but I make absolutely no guarantees.

I believe this is the 8/7, high 7, Reverse of 1879 variety, but the overdate is very faint and only visible at the bottom of the 8.

Anyway -- there is the original box and original card. On the back of the GSA card there is written the presumed die variety (in pen).

SOLD

PayPal is welcome; the price includes shipping to you (within the US).

If it isn't sold in the next day or so -- off the the grading service it goes.
