The 1853 Looks very nice. I think Solid AU maybe MS

the 1858 I think XF

I see some nice luster at the rims and nice surfaces throughout on that 1853. Very nice indeed! I likewise agree with those grades.

I was able to pick up both for $50 as well as a VF 1841 Vickie half. I didn't expect the 1853 1/2 to be so nice is in hand so im please and it matches my 1853 full penny below I had graded 2-3 month ago. im also very please with my ability to spot problems improving and grading getting a lot better.

Well, I think you made out with a pretty impressive deal, especially if even just one of the other coins is slabbed too. I mean basically you are paying for the grading and getting the coin for free really.

Always nice to fill holes in a set and snag a deal at the same time. Congrats! Definitely liking that first one the best. Solid 58 IMO.

Its merely at 1841 1/2D maybe fine nothing special. Ill see about adding some pictures
