I know nothing about fake flips. My question is, when the experts see a fake flip, I know they report it to ebay. Do they also report it to PSA and is there anything PSA can do to protect their product or go after the people selling them?

At least with those kind of fakes (along with in my case all the fake GBA video games that have labels that look nothing like the real ones or read "Nintondo" on the back) those are easy to spot. The truly dangerous fakes are the ones where they really try hard to make it look like the real deal. Like those infamous "superdollars" (fake $100 bills from North Korea that even Secret Service finds difficult to tell apart).
