Log in time for PSA/DNA

All,
I am probably being impatient but was looking for the average wait time to get an order logged in with PSA/DNA? I sent 6 baseballs to them and they arrived a week ago and still nothing. Thoughts?

I'm waiting on a 1 card sub that as received May 23 to log. Seems like a lot. Should I call?

My order received on 5/23 logged Friday. I'd give it this week, then call.
