So I randomly search Ebay Germany and see a graded coin which is not commonplace. Moreover it's a John J. Pittman pedigree coin. From what I know of this famed collector, his primary focus was US coinage. However, there are some world crowns which came from his collection. This is one.

This coin refers to the revolutionary Italy-Lombardy coin issued during the failed revolutions of 1848-9. WIKI
