WTB: 4 Sets -> March of Dimes Special Set *~Capsules~* that are *Uncracked* ~ $1/set + I pay fees

1) PCGS will return the capsules if you request then on the form
2) PCGS will damage, usually with a small crack, capsules to open them
Check the tops and bottoms for *cracks.* If the 3 capsules set (2 dimes and 1 dollar) are undamaged, I'll pay $1 for the set plus the fees like paypal, insurance, and postage.
Once you have the capsules back and checked to ensure they are uncracked, send me a PM
edit - light scratches and scuffs are OK! Skip the gouged, chipped and cracked ones, though.
