    If the yield on the 10 Year goes up 30 year fixed is bound to follow.

    This morning was a text book example. 30 year fixed started printing at 4.0% this morning with the rise of the 10 year bond

    The bond market can be tough to trend as it can be affected by the US economic numbers and even major overseas events.

    Bad economic news will send your rates down, but those things will include things like job reports. But healthcare jobs have some immunity, huh?
