Sorry, wrong forum!

Yet another tale of woe from EBay,
Sold an ANacs MS63 1939-S Walking Liberty half on 4/29. Buyer paid 4/30. The coin was delivered on 5/2 @10:59 AM.
Last night at 9:36, I receive an email from EBay stating buyer wants to return coin. Here's the message:
Item ID: 191564513595
Order ID: 191564513595-0
Buyer email: xxxxxxxx
Sale price: $188.99
Sale date: Apr-29-15 17:30:20 PDT
Buyer ID: xxxxx
Return ID: 5009458623
Return opened: May-04-15 18:36:25 PDT
Return shipping: seller pays
Return reason: It doesn't match the listing
Comments: I hate to be a pain but I d like to return this coin, it has hairlines all over it and I am amazed they graded this coin, t has definitely been cleaned at some point in it s history. Thanks!
Buyer info has been deleted.
So I go to the EBay link in the email and it gives me 4 options. The only one that is relevant forces me to return all monies including both to and from shipping.
So the way he worded the return cause, stating it doesn't match the listing, forces me topay shipping and the buyer gets to an "on approval" mode without any cost to him.
My question, has anyone run into this in their EBay experiences? I'm not wild about eating the shipping costs.
Is it worthwhile to contact EBay and have them review the request? Anyone have a phone # for EBay support where you can actually talk with someone?
Thanks in advance for any advice...continues to get tougher to sell on ebay....
Here's the coin: What hairlines???

Instead of an auction, ebay has basically become an approval service venue. If I feel somebody is abusing this , I simply refund them, then block em from future purchases.

<< <i>Its just part of the new ebay process, many buyers just don't want to pay for returning, so they know if they say not as described, they get to return it for free.

This. Also, after everything is completed, work with Ebay to repair your DSRs. Explain how the coin is graded by one of the approved third party grading companies and that the buyer's claim was basically frivilous. You have a good case and I'm sure they will side with you. You'll be out the shipping no matter what, but you can repair the negative effects on your Ebay reputation.

Doesn't make a difference to ebay .. just a not as described complaint puts it into a return
