Can someone explain this note that was added to the news page? The pre-2015 coins have been added for sometime. right?
Beginning 5/1/15 all new pre-2015 coins will be added to set composites as optional. These coins will become required after the Set Registry awards deadline on 6/30/15. 2015 coinage will remain optional throughout the year.

Towards the end of the year, which gives collectors of that particular series time to collect the 2015 coins, those 2015 will then be added and required.
It makes it fair and even collecting for all collectors.
