Need some advice on 86 Fleer BKB pack resealer problem

I'm currently selling a large lot of 86 Fleer basketball and I get contacted by a guy looking to buy them. He makes a decent offer and I agree to sell them off ebay. I haven't received any payment yet as he wants to talk first and I gave him my number for him to call. I checked his history, and he's been selling resealed 86 fleer packs on ebay. He sells them as resealed, but goes with the story that "he's not a professional so he can't tell if the packs are authentic, but the cards look nice, so they're sold as is". I also saw he purchased many empty wrappers in the past. This is unscrupulous and I don't want to sell my cards to him, but I'm not sure how to handle this, especially since he has my phone number. I could use a little advice. Also, when I relist my cards, what's the best way to ensure he can't get them through an alt name. I can imagine a situation where he might buy them and hold them at ransom through some SNAD crap with ebay and paypal.
Thanks

I'd just go through with it. He's gonna get em from someone. Just learn from it as to avoid it down the road

Write on each card in invisible ink RESEALED on both sides of the card. image

Along with his real name and eBay username so there is no doubt on him being a professional or not. image

Don't follow thru with the off-ebay transaction, block the seller, relist the cards. it's difficult to track alts people may use. But, at a minimum, you are making a great effort not to put them in his hands.

    Thanks,

<< <i>I disagree with the previous reply. If he is dishonest, I would NOT sell him anything and block his ID. What prevents him from taking advantage of you too? If you sell the cards to him to help him commit a crime, it's no better then someone selling a crack pipe to a junkie. You may not be selling illegal crack but you know the end result. I would politely tell him the cards are no longer available and if you used a cell phone # add him to your blocked call list. If he contacts you via email, add him to your blocked email list and run all communications through eBay. >>

I think you did excellent due diligence on your buyer. As a result, I think it would be best to tell him that the cards are no longer available for sale. Block him on EBAY and just move on with relisting them.
