The biggest thing I can tell you is that COA is NOT highly respected in the Game Used industry. I personally would stay away.

Like IMF said, the company issuing the COA doesn't have the best track record based on what I know. I too would pass on it.

FWIW, here's a 2001 road gamer I got from the Braves directly. The general characteristics of the jersey look like at least game issued but I'm certainly no expert.
