For sale, two original 1 Troy ounce Engelhard Industries of Canada .999 fine silver bars, style EI-1 with consecutive low serial numbers. These bars were produced in the 1968/1969 timeframe. These are the first commercial 1 oz bars produced by Engelhard . Less than 15,000 were made and most have been melted since then. Both bars have natural toning with mirrored surfaces obscured by the toning - the pics don't do them justice. They have plain backs.
