Monthly Special - No Qualifiers?

Noticed in the online submission center that the "no qualifier" box is missing for the monthly specials. Does this mean I could have cards coming back with qualifiers? or on the contrary, does it mean that all monthly special submissions are assumed to be no qualifiers? Any insight appreciated.

There's no difference. You can request no qualifiers in the notes section or by hand-writing it on the submission form that you mail in. If you don't make a note on the form, grades with qualifiers is the default. It's probably just a glitch in their online system.
