I think I've seen PCGS coins that had the ICCS number on the label or maybe it was visa-versa.

PCGS will accept ICCS holder for cross-over but not for the cross-over special.

My past experience was not good sending ICCS coins for cross-over in the holder. The double wall ICCS holder can hide both good and bad aspects that PCGS looks for in its grading.

Now, if I get a piece that I want to cross, I cut it out and submit raw. This allows me to pre-screen the coin and most come back better than I thought they would.
