Has this ever happened to you?

We hope you are well. This is a courtesy email to inform you we were unable to accept your previous package sent to PSA. The package was received with damage to the end of the box; the box was crumpled on one end and we were unable to determine if any damage occurred to the contents forcing us to send back the package.

Nope, I have never had that happen to me.

  • Yes, it has happened. Medium flat rate box sustained minor damage and was sent back. It is scary and I wish you good luck, but PSA is very conservative in this regard for liability reasons and you'll very likely find that all of your items are alright.

No but I have read on here a few times that it has happened to others. Obviously for their protection they don't want to open it and risk liability.

I believe the last person this happened to the package was shipped back and thankfully there was no damage to the cards.

Good luck. I know personally I would feel really uneasy if I got this email.

Does the Post Office pays for the return shipping and insurance back to PSA if it's just the box that is damaged?
