We hope you are well. This is a courtesy email to inform you we were unable to accept your previous package sent to PSA. The package was received with damage to the end of the box; the box was crumpled on one end and we were unable to determine if any damage occurred to the contents forcing us to send back the package.

Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).
I believe the last person this happened to the package was shipped back and thankfully there was no damage to the cards.
Good luck. I know personally I would feel really uneasy if I got this email.
did you get insurance?

<< <i>Does the Post Office pays for the return shipping and insurance back to PSA if it's just the box that is damaged?

No.
