Can someone explain 94 Topps football?

Can anyone explain why a set of 94 Topps
Football goes for $70-80? I don't get it

    There were no factory sets produced in 1994.

    A lot of people don't know this, so if you are patient, you can find a very low BIN... but you'll need to hit it quick.

    around 92-96'ish image Didnt have time for cardsimage

    Im kinda a Bowman homer, does that set carry that kinda price tag? Was there a factory set produced of them?

    Alas, 1994 Bowman gets no such love... you should be able to pick one up for under $20 delivered.

    While Bowman initially offered factory sets, they abandoned them before 1994.

    Alas, Bowman set collectors are few and far between when compared to Topps it seems.
