eBay question: when an item is delivered to wrong address

I bought a low dollar item on eBay, tracking says it was delivered today but it never showed up in my mailbox. I will probably contact post office tomorrow but is there anything I can do as far as a refund if I don't receive my package?

    If the zip code is correct, there is nothing you can do as far as ebay is concerned other than inquire at your local PO.

    You seem to have had a number of ebay packages get lost or go missing in the past few months. Perhaps the issue is with your local post office?
