Trade/Sell - AU/MS Franklins (most likely done deal)

MOST LIKELY I HAVE FOUND SOMEONE TO TRADE WITH
All total I have 424 Franklins that I bought in circulated lots over the years, and these 44 are the best condition Franklins of them all. I'm not an expert grader so I can't be sure if there are absolutely no high XF, but to me they all look AU to low MS.
What I'll sell all 44 for - $375 (17.05 x face)
What I'll trade all 44 for - I'll give you 44 of these higher grade Franklins, for 50 of your average circulated halves.
This is what I'll accept in trade....

(just average circulated stuff, no slicks, damaged, excessively cleaned, proofs, holed, bent)
I don't really care for higher grade and proof coins, and I would prefer to have the 50 average circulated coins, then the 44 higher grade coins.
I have seen a roll of MS Franklins sell on ebay for atleast $200, and average circulated rolls usually start at around $150. Thats a 25% difference. I'll give the benefit to you since this is my idea and I can't be sure of the range of grades. So I'll drop that percentage to 12% difference.
I would rather have the $3 face value more coins that can be handled without worry.
I can send you the coins in tubes or wrappers, but if I send them in tubes, then I need to get tubes in return because I have no tubes left.
