I have a roll of 1964 Kennedy halves I need to fill. I'm looking for 13 coins
-no graded
-no slicks
-no significant damage (badly scratched, bent, holed)
-no aggressively cleaned (polished, harsh chemicals, light cleaning on some is ok)
-no proofs
I can pay $83 shipped, which is about 12.80 x face, paypal gift is best
