Baseball stamps - grading info

When grading stamps, is it ok to "cut" the cards at the perforation with scissors or is it expected to tear them at the perforations? Anyone have experience with grading stamps?

Thanks,

I don't know if there's an actual rule on this, but my experience has been that they will only grade stamps that have been separated manually - otherwise they are considered trimmed.

What I suggest is carefully bending them at the seams back and forth several times, then gently separating them. Go slow and be patient. Make sure your hands are clean and dry before you start.

    Hope this helps.

Not sure about what stamps you have.

Many in the 60's came in more than one such as 2's

I would think they have more value staying that way.

PSA sometimes recognizes both panel and singly.
