Tracking numbers that meet Ebay criteria

Just wondering how to meet the requirements for Ebay transactions so I have the proper tracking. I enter USPS tracking numbers for Ebay transactions and they go thru fine. When I get insurance on a package and enter the insurance number on Ebay, which is also a USPS tracking number, I get an error from Ebay saying that it doesn't qualify as a tracking number and "tracking must be purchased separately". I tried to purchase an additional tracking nmber today after purchasing $175 of insurance and was told by the Post Office employee that you cannot purchase an additional tracking number when you have bought insurance because the insurance receipt number IS a tracking number. What can I do to comply with Ebay policy so I don't get caught in a charge-back if someone claims not receiving a package?

I get the same thing if you buy Insurance through the USPS. Not sure if that would qualify, but pretty sure it shows up somewhere, though not ebay

If you can print out your shipping label through ebay, that would be the easiest and best way to meet the tracking criteria.
