RARE 1966 1c Doubled Die Reverse PCGS MS62BN *HOLD*

All,
I'm excited to offer this extremely rare doubled die reverse memorial cent to these boards! I am unaware of another trading publicly. This very same coin was featured in COIN World, as discovered a couple years back by Rick Carlson. It has been described as the strongest class I ddr in the series, and I tend to agree. Really pops, as this example is an early die state with crisp doubling on the entire reverse, especially bold on UNITED.
Only a handful are known, so any example of this elusive variety would be a centerpiece in any advanced variety collection. This will most definitely be included in the upcoming Cherrypickers Guide due out later this year, and as such can only gain in popularity. The 1982 ddr (which is comparable in rarity and strength of doubling) sold for $8000 in AU58.
This one is certified PCGS MS62BN (unattributed) Asking $5000.
PM with questions or if you'd like the hi res true view photos. (Photobucket brings the quality way down) All photos are of the actual coin.
Thanks for looking!
